Frequently asked questions

Before you start.

The profile starts an evaluation. It is not a commitment to buy or a request for a generic franchise list.

Start my ownership profile ↑
What happens after I submit my profile?

You continue into the confidential questionnaire. A FranHaven advisor uses your answers to prepare for the first conversation.

Does FranHaven charge me?

Submitting your starting profile does not create a payment obligation. If a later service carries a fee, you will see it before you decide to proceed.

Will I be shown every franchise?

No. A giant list is not useful. The point is to narrow the field and explain why each possibility deserves your time.

How is my information used?

Your answers build your private ownership profile and support your advisor conversations. FranHaven does not treat your information as a public lead list.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. You can start open to every industry and only mark categories you strongly prefer or want to avoid.

What does “accessible capital” mean?

Funds you could realistically access for an investment. It is not your total net worth, and we only ask for a range.

What if nothing is a strong fit?

Then we say so. Ruling out a weak option early is part of doing this well.

Is completing the profile a commitment to buy?

No. It starts an evaluation. You decide if, when, and how far to proceed.

The FranHaven promise

You are not inventory. You are the client.
